Mission Statement
The mission of the Wichita County Public Defender’s Office is to provide quality legal representation to indigent citizens accused of crimes in Wichita County, Texas, through effective, competent, ethical and timely means.

We will provide assistance to all attorneys who are appointed to represent indigent clients.

The Office will use efficiently its physical and human resources.
